Lesson Cancellation Policy
Lessons must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations or missed lessons may be charged or deducted from your lesson block.
In exceptional circumstances, flexibility may be offered at the teacher’s discretion.
Lesson Terms & Conditions
By booking lessons, you agree to the following:
- Lessons are delivered online and scheduled in advance.
- Lesson packages are purchased in blocks and must be used within the agreed time period.
- Respectful and professional conduct is expected during all lessons.
- Students are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and suitable equipment for online lessons.
Digital Product Policy
This website sells downloadable digital products, including PDF transcriptions, sheet music, and educational materials.
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are generally final and non-refundable once the product has been downloaded or accessed.
However, if you experience any issues with your purchase, including corrupted files or download problems, please contact us at tuccikeyspiano@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances at the seller’s discretion.
Digital products are for personal use only and may not be redistributed, resold, shared, or reproduced without permission.
Refund Policy
For lesson bookings and digital products:
- Refunds for unused lesson blocks may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Refunds are not guaranteed for missed lessons without sufficient notice.
- Downloadable digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable number of business days.
If you have not received a refund after processing confirmation, please first contact your bank or card provider, as processing times can vary.
